Done sleeping

This morning, McKenzie was more tired than usual. She's not a morning person, so those days when she's really not ready to get up are especially interesting.

Well, this morning, as she was curled up in bed, I turned on her Thomas the Train movie in the living room (I thought it would encourage her to get up). I made it loud enough for her to hear.

Well, she began to stir, so I knew she was getting up. She wandered into the room, looked up at the TV, turned to me and said, "Mommy, you have to turn it off." I asked her why. She said, "Because I'm not ready to get up. I'll be done sleeping in a minute."

She then waddled back to bed.
